Talent Curation Specialist -- Remote

Overview

SUMMARY:


Reporting to the Manager of Talent Curation, the Talent Curation Specialist, is responsible for managing incoming curation request while leveraging data and predictive analytic tools to fulfil incoming and future needs of the organization and the clients we serve.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Responsible for overall management of assigned sourcing orders.
  • Creates and manages postings to job boards including monitoring the performance and evaluating the efficacy of current job posting strategies.
  • Utilizes various methods to build talent platform including email campaigns, social media postings, targeted ad campaigns and grass root outreach.
  • Creates prescreening campaign templates.
  • Logs essential order criteria in Bullhorn for current and future curation needs.
  • Creates prescreening campaign templates.
  • Enters and tracks candidate data in various electronic systems.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or one year of full-time work experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

  • Working knowledge of data and analytical tools, as well as the recruitment process and job boards.
  • Ability to proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to consultatively sell and demonstrate superb customer service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to remain highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving results.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver successful presentations.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
