Affiliated Clinical Services is a multi-specialty clinic providing outpatient evaluation and treatment in the areas of mental health and substance abuse. We are a steadily growing clinic with a strong referral base and a 25-year history. We have offices in West Bend and Hartford and a clinical staff that includes 3 psychiatrists, one APNP and 15 therapists. We have a top-notch support team, an emphasis on client service and a friendly work environment that values clinical collaboration.
