Our residents live in small group homes or apartment settings which allows for individualized attention and support. Independent Living Assistants aid individuals with the activities of daily living, behavioral programs and recreational activities. There is a complete orientation program for new employees, as well as ongoing educational opportunities. Other positions which may be open include the positions of Senior Living Assistant, Assistant Manager, and Manager. Most programs are staffed 24 hours a day with three shifts, so a variety of work times is available. Part-time and temporary work is often possible, as well as full-time.
