We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Associate Intern to join our team in McLean, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Job Title:

SLED Sales Operations Associate

Responsibilities:

• Plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our sales processes, providing operational, administrative, and analytical support throughout the sales process.
• Collaborates with sales leaders to collect and collate sales research, develop accurate sales forecasts and contribute to sales planning activities.
• Operates and manages internal tools used to support the sales process-evaluating and implementing relevant sales technologies to enhance team performance.
• Supports sales team by developing and maintaining sales operations templates, industry analysis and standard metric reports.
• Contributes to the development and enforcement of sales policies and procedures.
• Coordinates with various internal departments to meet sales objectives and timelines.
• Analyzes sales data to provide actionable insights and develop meaningful reports for strategic decision-making.
• Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in sales operations and propose solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires 1-2 years relevant experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

• Basic analytical and financial skills.
• Demonstrated internal customer and external client service skills.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
• Basic tools and systems knowledge.
• Basic proposal drafting skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales technologies.
• Proactive and self-motivated individual with a results-driven mindset.
